LONDON - At least 20 babies born in Britain since 1945 have been given the same first name as Nazi monster Adolf Hitler, it has been found.

According to Findmypast.co.uk, the most recent to be given the same moniker as the evil German leader was a tot born in 2005.

After the Beatles’ success in the Sixties, there were five babies called Ringo born around 1964 and 1965.

The Fab Four explosion also saw 2,414 babies called George, 36,877 called John and a massive 56,170 called Paul in those two years.

The family tree experts also discovered ‘Maradona’ became a popular boy’s name after the famous ‘Hand of God’ incident in 1986.

“Family history is more popular than ever and the amount of historical records that are now available to search and view online will help even more people to start to uncover their own family tree,” the Daily Star quoted a Findmypast.co.uk spokesman as saying. (ANI)
