LONDON - Brits borrow nearly 5 million pounds a year to pay the bills of their plastic surgeries, according to a new study.

The research revealed that last year around 800 personal loans for nips and tucks were approved.

And the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons said procedures were up 6.8 percent last year on 2008 figures, reports the Daily Star.

Sainsbury’s Finance, which conducted the study, described surgery loans as “unusual expenditure”. (ANI)
