Bite Of Seattle Pulls In Foodies

SEATTLE (GaeaTimes.com)- Seattle residents have a lot to look forward throughout the ongoing weekend as the highly popular ‘Bite of Seattle‘ returns to the Seattle Center. The event is highly anticipated by the foodies as it offer fantastic offers on food and drinks. The event will also be a great opportunity for singles as thousands of people are out in party mood. The weather is also expected to be favorable for the food festival and is expected to hang around 70 degrees.
The ‘Bite of Seattle’ will continue till July 18. The party starts at 11 a.m in the morning and continues till 9 p.m. The revelers can also avail some special offers at places like ‘The Alley.’ Foodies can taste from the menu of as many as 7 restaurants for a mere $10. At the wine tasting area, the revelers can taste 5 varieties for $15 and also live jazz music. There will also be a number of competitions like sandwich making and eating.
Every year thousands of residents and tourists gather for the ‘Bite of Seattle‘ food festival. The entry to the venue is free of cost. A large number of restaurants also participate in the event that lasts for a weekend in July. This year there is also a special provision for the health conscious eaters with restaurants offering a ‘Right Bite’ option. To keep the calorie count low items like tofu spring rolls and vegan gyros are on the offer at the gala food festival. There is also the addition of ‘Green Bites’ that will offer the customers organic foods that are healthy and delicious.
