Five killed, 18 injured in Mingora suicide blast

ISLAMABAD - At least five people were killed and 18 others sustained injuries in a suicide blast near a bus stand in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province’ Mingora city on Thursday.
According to reports, a suicide bomber blew himself up near a convoy of security forces patrolling near the bus stand in the city.
Several nearby parked vehicles were also destroyed in the powerful blast.
Eye witnesses said that legs and other body parts of the bomber were recovered from the blast site, the Xinhua reports.
The local administration has cordoned off the area and relief and rescue work were on till the filing of the report.
No group has yet claimed the responsibility for the terror strike. (ANI)
