Winmark finalizes agreement for $30M credit line

MINNEAPOLIS — Winmark Corp., which franchises retail store brands such as Play It Again Sports, said Tuesday that it finalized an agreement for a $30 million credit line with PrivateBank and Trust Co.

Winmark said it will put the credit line toward its redemption of renewable unsecured subordinated notes and general corporate uses.

Shares of Winmark fell 3 cents to $34.12 in midday trading.
