Two Maoists arrested in Chhattisgarh

BIJAPUR - Two Naxals have been arrested in Chhattisgarh’s Bijapur District during a combing operation.

“Both the accused Ram Dhar and Budhram Telam alias Bhima had been involved in cases such as firing on police and also in the murder of a villager. On that basis they have been arrested,” said Ram Gopal Sharma, Sub Divisional Officer (SDO), Bijapur.

However, no arms and ammunitions or any incriminating documents were recovered from them. (ANI)
