Meet the bride who walked the aisle in labour pain

LONDON - In an unusual wedding, bride Stevie Hales walked the aisle while in labour pain with her baby boy.
The 21-year-old, determined to enjoy her big day, even attended the reception for the food and speeches before finally agreeing to go to the hospital in an ambulance.
Stevie’s waters broke just after 4 on the morning of her wedding but denied heading to the hospital.
Instead she went on with her marriage to Damion Cobden, 36.
“The labour ward told me to come in and bring an overnight bag,” the Sun quoted Wales from Tamworth as saying.
“But I knew they would have kept me in and I would have had to cancel the wedding.
“I have dreamt of a white wedding since I was a girl and it was all booked. I was determined not to miss it,” she said.
“We had a lovely time and I managed to last for the speeches and the first two courses. But I could feel things changing as they served the puddings. I arrived on the labour ward still in my wedding dress,” she added.
Her husband, Cobden said: “It was nerve racking.” (ANI)
