CIDCO Housing Project Forms Released

MUMBAI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- CIDCO (City and Industrial Development Corporation) Mass Housing Project forms has been made available from Wednesday. Reportedly, the mass housing project of CIDCO shall take place at Ulwe. The forms can be obtained from all major railway stations of Navi Mumbai leaving out Seawoods and Turbhe. The CIDCO forms are priced at Rs. 50 and can be also obtained from any and all branches of TJSB (Thane Janata Sahakari Bank).

The applicants who collects the CIDCO forms from the railways has to submit the form along with the required documents at the Thane Janata Sahakari Bank. TJSB in total has three branches in Navi Mumbai namely at Vashi, Panvel and Airoli. The bank officials informed the media that the CIDCO applicants are free to approach the bank for the loan schemes where the earnest money deposit shall be taken care by the bank at nominal charges. CIDCO’s mass housing project comprising a total of 1,344 tenements shall offer one of the biggest settlements at Ulwe. It shall serve to cater the MIG (Middle Income Group) with a total of 800 houses (210 sq ft capacity) that are priced in the range of Rs.6.35-6.88 lakh.

8 tenements of UL-II with a capacity of 250.91 sq ft is priced at Rs. 8.89 lakh. Another 538 flats under the UL-II belt shall have all flats with a capacity of 320.23 sq ft. These flats are priced somewhere in between Rs.10.86-Rs 11.65 lakh. Reportedly, the EMD to be settled for the whole project is close to Rs. 15,000 for UL-I group and Rs.25,000 for all flats under UL-II group. CIDCO is said to be fixed the charges and the costs in accordance to the carpet area directives that has been fixed at a certain rate by the Government. The entire township of CIDCO shall be completed in a total span of 18 months.
