Insecure UK brides pick fat bridesmaids to make themselves look good!

LONDON - A new research in the UK has shown that brides are becoming so nervous about their appearance ahead of their wedding day that they intentionally pick fat friends to accompany them up the aisle.
One in three engaged British women confessed that they would choose an overweight friend to be their bridesmaid so that they can look good themselves.
Two in five brides said that they felt insecure in front of slimmer guests.
The survey was carried out by diet plan Slim.Fast.
“Women are obviously feeling such pressure to look good on their big day that they’re resorting to selecting bridesmaids larger than themselves,” The Telegraph quoted Fiona Hunter, nutritionist from Slim.Fast as saying.
“It’s very sad and a real shame. Looking at these statistics, it seems to be a worrying new trend,” she added. (ANI)
