Brit student beats up shopkeeper for selling small condoms

LONDON - A British man, who bought condoms from a store, is said to have returned and beaten up the shopkeeper because they were too small.
Student Jude Ukachukwu, 21, confronted the shop owner and demanded a refund, saying his contraceptives had split during sex.
When the shop owner refused to refund the money a fight broke out and Ukachukwu grabbed fizzy drinks worth the same amount.
During the row in Hatfield, Herts, shopkeeper Sasisedaran Sellathurai was punched in the face.
Sellathurai told St Albans Crown Court the attacker had asked for his money back because the condoms were the wrong size.
“I asked to see the pack but he said he didn’t have a receipt. He started shouting he was a bad man and would kill me,” the Sun quoted Sellathurai as saying.
Ukachukwu was convicted of causing ABH. He was ordered to do 150 hours’ community work and pay 200 pounds compensation plus 480 pounds costs.
District Judge Peter Crabtree said he may have felt frustrated by the way his complaint was handled but that there was no justification for violence. (ANI)
