FIS, American Express expand relationship

SECAUCUS, N.J. — NYCE Payments Network LLC said Wednesday that American Express Travel Related Services Inc. is now an issuing participant in NYCE’s ATM network.

NYCE already provides ATM services to American Express cardholders, including cash advances and withdrawals.

NYCE is a unit of Fidelity National Information Services, known as FIS, which provides banking and payment technology to financial institutions and government organizations.

Shares of FIS fell 23 cents to close at $26.82 on Wednesday.
