ISLAMABAD - Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is likely to visit Pakistan in July.

Talking to reporters here during a joint press conference with US Special Envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan Richard Holbrooke, Qureshi said Clinton would be coming to Islamabad for the second round of strategic dialogue between both nations.

“In July I’m expecting Secretary Clinton to visit Islamabad for a second session of the strategic dialogue,” The Nation quoted Qureshi, as saying.

Responding to a question during the press conference Holbrooke said he had a detailed discussion with Qureshi on a whole range of issues and challenges being faced by Pakistan.

The meeting is being described as a follow-up to the last round of Pak-US strategic dialogue, held in March in Washington. (ANI)
