Tiger in freezer might land Brit man in jail for endangered species-trade

LONDON - A British man has been charged with trading in endangered species after a tiger was allegedly found in his freezer.
When police raided Alan Dudley’s home, they are said to have found his garage and fridge packed with dead animals.
In fact, the freezer alone was allegedly containing body parts of the tiger, reports the Daily Star.
Among the animal bodies found in his garage were lemurs, a Goeldi’s monkey, buzzards, owls, remains of a chimpanzee, marmosets, and the skull of a baby seal.
Dudley, 52, was arrested after police and Customs and Excise officers raided his home in Coventry.
He has been charged with 10 counts relating to alleged breaches of the Customs and Excise Management Act and the Control and Trade in Endangered Species Regulations 1997.
Dudley has already appeared at Coventry Magistrates’ Court and is due to attend a plea and case management hearing on July 23 at Coventry Crown Court. (ANI)
