Nineteen killed in Jharkhand road mishap

DHANBAD - At least nineteen people were killed and 20 others injured when their bus rammed into a tree near Govindpuri village of Jharkhand’s Dhanbad District on Wednesday.

According to sources, the incident took place at 6.30 a.m. when the bus was returning to Asansol in West Bengal.

Sixteen people died on the spot while three others succumbed to their injury in hospital.

All the injured have been admitted to a hospital. (ANI)
