Cablevision tendered $973.2 million of notes

BETHPAGE, N.Y. — Cable TV company Cablevision Systems Corp. said Tuesday that $973.2 million of its 8 percent senior notes due 2012 have been tendered.

The holders of the notes who validly tendered their notes by April 26 received $1,105 per $1,000 of senior notes, including an early tender premium. Holders who tendered their notes by May 10 received $1,045 per $1,000 of senior notes.

Cablevision said it will also pay accrued and unpaid interest on all validly tendered senior notes from April 15 to, but not including, the date of payment.

J.P. Morgan Securities, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets and Credit Suisse Securities USA are the dealer managers for the tender offer.

Shares of Cablevision rose 35 cents to $24.40 in late morning trading.
