LONDON - A new survey has revealed that British women do not have time to care for their looks. They barely exercise and almost always resort to takeaway meals.

The survey of 1,000 women by sweets firm Panda Licorice, revealed that 45 per cent spend less than 10 minutes a day on hair and make-up. They have only two hours per week for ‘me’ time.

Seven in 10 get dressed in less than a 15 minutes. Nearly three-quarters of women say they would love to have more time to themselves, reports the Daily Express.

Nearly 500 admitted doing less than 30 minutes’ exercise a week, with nearly one in five not doing any.

Only one in 10 women find the time to cook an evening meal from scratch, with four in five regularly resorting to takeaway meals. (ANI)
