New York Times shareholders approve board member
NEW YORK — New York Times Co. shareholders have approved the nomination of Carolyn Greenspon, a fifth-generation member of the controlling Ochs-Sulzberger family, to the company’s board of directors.
Greenspon, a psychotherapist, was approved at the Times Co.’s annual shareholder meeting in New York on Tuesday.
Times Co. shares fell 27 cents, or 2.6 percent, to close at $10.18.
