ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik has said that the government has decided not to withdraw the official protocol being provided to former President General Pervez Musharraf.

“Being a former president it is his right to get official security and protocol,” The Dawn quoted Malik, as saying.

There had been speculations that after the UN commission report blamed the Musharraf regime for direct and indirect link in former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto’s assassination, the government will withdraw his protocol. (ANI)
