Flight restrictions to be lifted over Scotland; Germany lets Lufthansa bring 15,000 back

Scottish airspace to reopen Tuesday

LONDON — The flight restrictions in place over Scottish airspace are to be lifted Tuesday morning, and civil aviation authorities say other British airports may also soon reopen.

The National Air Traffic Service said Monday the restrictions on flights into and out of Scotland are to be lifted at 7 a.m. local time. The organization said restrictions to airspace above England and Wales may also be lifted later Tuesday.
