Correction: Baltics Debt story
RIGA, Latvia — In a March 31 story about Moody’s Investor Service ratings for the Baltic states, The Associated Press erroneously reported that the investment ratings for Latvia and Lithuania were “below investment grade.” The ratings for both countries are in the Baa category and considered investment grade.
