Summary Box: Rates little changed in bond market
WAITING FOR JOBS: Interest rates traded in a tight range in the bond market ahead of the release of key employment data later in the week.
IMPROVING ECONOMY: Positive reports from the Conference Board on consumer confidence and data from the Standard & Poor’s/Case-Shiller home price index did little to sway investors’ mood.
HOLIDAY BREAK: Volume was light. Many traders took the day off for Passover or ahead of the Easter holiday.
