Worker stuck on open drawbridge in Florida
POMPANO BEACH, Fla. — A worker appears to be stuck clutching onto a Florida drawbridge fixed in the air in Pompano Beach.
Firefighters were heading to the bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway on Wednesday morning. Live television footage showed at least one worker on top of the open bridge, high above the water.
Messages left by The Associated Press for the police and fire departments were not immediately returned.
