LONDON - Prince William’s ladylove Kate Middleton is set to win a controversial claim for alleged invasion of her privacy.

Middleton had threatened to sue a photographer and two British picture agencies over photographs taken of her at Christmas. And now, she’s expected to receive at least 10,000 pounds in damages, plus substantial legal costs.

The images were not even published in Britain, reports The Times.

According to sources, the agencies have agreed to meet Middleton’s demands because they cannot risk losing an expensive court battle.

One said: “We can’t fight them. If it went to court and we lost, it could cost 100,000 pounds.”

The pictures were taken when Middleton was on holiday with her family, staying at a property owned by the Duchy of Cornwall. (ANI)
