Indian remanded over double murder

PERTH - Perth Police have remanded a22-year-old Indian man to police custody for the murders of two Indian brothers in the Perth suburb of Morley.
According to The Age, Jagdeep Singh appeared in Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court yesterday, charged with the murders of Navdeep Singh, 20, and Kawaldeep Singh, 19, on February 12.
Jagdeep was not related to the brothers. He was not required to enter a plea and was remanded to await a court hearing on May 5.
Police allege the victims died after a violent argument about money and living arrangements at their rented flat.
All three held current overseas student visas. (ANI)
