Carter’s names former Bank of America executive Amy Woods Brinkley to its board

Carter’s names new board member

ATLANTA — Baby and children’s apparel retailer Carter’s Inc. said Wednesday that it named Amy Woods Brinkley to its board.

Brinkley worked at Bank of America for more than 30 years and recently retired from the Charlotte, N.C., company. From 2002 to 2009, she worked as the bank’s chief risk officer.
