Correction: Baby thrown off bridge story
WOODBRIDGE, N.J. — In some versions of a story Feb. 17 and Feb. 18 about a man charged with throwing his infant daughter off a bridge, The Associated Press, relying on information provided by the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, misspelled the man’s given name. His father says the son’s correct name is Shamsid-Din Abdur-Raheem, not Shamsiddi or Shamsiddin.
