PUNE - Officials of Pune’s reputed Fergusson Law College claim that they were not aware about the alleged ragging of a second-year law student, who committed suicide on a trip home because of being ragged by his seniors.

The student, who was a hosteller, had killed himself on a trip home to his native place in Ahmednagar’s Rahuri district.

The family says that he had complained several times that the other students used to harass him.

As reported, the boy had earlier tried to kill himself by drinking poison, but was saved.

The family has filed a police case against four students of Fergusson Law College. (ANI)
