InVentiv buys ParagonRx for undisclosed amount
SOMERSET, N.J. — InVentiv Health Inc., which provides services for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries, said Tuesday it bought consulting company ParagonRx for an undisclosed amount.
ParagonRx, based in Wilmington, Del., focuses on pharmaceutical risk management plans, InVentiv said.
“The addition of ParagonRx will position inVentiv as the leading provider of comprehensive, fully integrated risk evaluation & mitigation strategy and risk management solutions,” InVentiv said.
The acquisition closed Dec. 31.
Shares of InVentiv fell 5 cents to $16.87 in morning trading.
