Brit classics teacher ‘had sex with pupil after plying him with cider’

LONDON - A teacher at a leading independent school had sex with a 16-year-old pupil after getting him drunk on cider, a court heard.

Hannah McIntyre, 25, a classics teacher at 8,000-pound-a-year Merchant Taylors’ Boys’ School in Crosby, Merseyside, also kissed the boy ‘passionately’ when they took part in a booze-fuelled game of dares, Liverpool Crown Court was told.

The teacher then slept with the boy while two of his friends slept downstairs in her one-bedroom flat, reports the Telegraph.

Earlier in the evening the pair had kissed “passionately” while playing a drink-fuelled game of dare, the court heard.he alleged tryst remained a secret until the boy confessed to his mother 10 months later.

The boy’s mum contacted the school and an investigation was launched.

This eventually led to police being called in and McIntyre being arrested.

The trainee teacher has, however, denied that she had sexual intercourse with the child while in a position of trust.

She also claimed that the boy had made sexual grunting noises in her bedroom in a bid to impress his pals. (ANI)
