French ‘Spiderman’ scales 607ft skyscraper!

LONDON - A Frenchman, who has been dubbed Spiderman, is said to have left people gawking in amazement after he scaled a 607ft building in Paris.
Alain Robert, 47, who has “free climbed” up some of the world’s most iconic structures, does not use climbing or safety equipment.
He has already conquered the Eiffel Tower, and he took to the 36-storey GDF Suez Building in the French capital’s business district on April 8.
When he got to the top, Robert was arrested - which has become part of the routine for him.
“I can’t afford to lose concentration for a second,” the Sun quoted him as saying.
“I have to be able to perform because it’s a question of life or death.
“For me, the aim is to get up to the top safely, so I have to climb steadily, without rushing, and really study the structure of the building,” he added.
Robert has climbed nearly 100 buildings around the world, including the Empire State Building and the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur. (ANI)
