Zardari discusses visa delay issue with UK Foreign Secretary

LONDON - Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari met British Foreign Secretary David Miliband during his private visit to London and reportedly discussed the visa delay issue faced by Pakistanis and matters relating to students and immigration.
According to The Dawn, Zardari called for an early resolution of the visa problems being faced by Pakistanis, particularly students.
Miliband assured him that there was no discrimination against Pakistani students, and the visa delay problem would be fixed soon.
Zardari and Miliband noted progress in bilateral relations following the British government’s agreement to launch a summit level strategic dialogue. (ANI)
