LONDON - Paul Mason, the fattest man in the world, is now being starved to lose 20 stones of his 70st weight.
The 48-year-old ex-postman from Chichester, West Sussex, is presently in hospital to shed his flab before a vital gastric surgery, reports the Daily Star.
Mason has been bedridden for the last eight years and was eating 20,000 calories a day, eight times more than the maximum requirement for adult men.
It is believed Mason used to gorge three family-sized takeaways in a night. (ANI)
