LONDON - Tony Blair’s stepmother-in-law was branded a “f****** bitch” and sacked from her job after attempting to expose colleagues who downloaded pornography at an education charity, a court heard.
Steph Booth revealed to the Manchester tribunal that her former employer Gareth Binding told her not to be “fussy” before forcing her out with “aggressive and derogatory” behaviour after she took the lid off on “chaotic and unprofessional” practices at Cool UK.
The teacher alleged some “unqualified” members of staff bought and downloaded explicit material at the offices in Manchester and Burnley, Lancashire, reports the Daily Express.
She is now claiming unfair dismissal, breach of contract and suffering detriment or dismissal due to exercising her rights under the Public Interest Disclosure Act.
The case continues. (ANI)
