LONDON - Israeli illusionist Hezi Dean has broken the record of American magician David Blaine after staying in the ice for 64 hours.
Dean emerged from eight-tonne block of ice at midnight on December 31.
The 29-year-old sealed himself into a specially constructed transparent ice cube in Tel Aviv’s Rabin Square, where he apparently stayed for nearly three days wearing just jeans and a thin T-shirt,” reports Daily Express.
The assistants had cut open the ice block to remove a weak-looking Dean, and took him straight to the ambulance.
The onlooker encouraged Dean by carrying signs “Hezi the great” to the more practical “Don’t die Hezi Dean”. (ANI)
