NEW YORK - Nine years after the 9/11 terror attacks, a majority, 56 percent of New Yorkers fear another such attack, while 70 percent are of the opinion that the government has not made enough progress in redeveloping the 16-acre site in Lower Manhattan since 2001, according to a new Marist poll.
