RAMGARH - The Central Government's 'Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Vidyutikaran Yojana', which aims at electrifying villages and providing electricity connection free of cost to Below Poverty Line (BPL) families enabled many villages in Jharkhand to see electric lamps for the first time.
