RAJA SANSI - Minister of State for External Affairs Perneet Kaur on Wednesday advocated Government of India's move to hold talks with Pakistan saying that the talks are necessary and India has always wished to maintain cordial relationship with its neighbours which includes Pakistan; the most immediate neighbour.
