ON BOARD FROM KUWAIT - External Affairs Minister S.M.Krishna on Thursday said with his re-election as the President of Sri Lanka, Mahinda Rajapaksa is hoped to utilize this opportunity to work for a settlement with all ethnic minorities in his country.
