ISLAMABAD/NEW DELHI - India and Pakistan will hold foreign secretary level talks in New Delhi Feb 25 - for the first time since the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani's office said in Islamabad Friday.

NEW DELHI - The Centre on Friday issued a travel advisory on Chinese visas.
An official release by the Ministry of External Affairs said the Chinese embassy in Delhi and Chinese consulates in Mumbai and Kolkata are issuing visas on a separate piece of paper stapled to the passport to certain categories of Indian nationals on the basis of their domicile.
