MANESAR - India's elite counter-terrorist force National Security Guard (NSG) the 'Black Cats' and youngest Special Force, GARUDs of Indian Air Force (IAF) conducted a joint exercise called 'Black Eagle' at the NSG Headquarter in Manesar, Haryana to hone their counter terrorist skills.
