APPLE VALLEY, Calif. - Authorities say a 3-year-old boy has died after his family's pit bull attacked him at a home in Southern California The San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department said in a statement Sunday that 3-year-old Omar Martinez was declared dead at Saint Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley.
