Octomom not evicted yet from home

WASHINGTON - Nadya Suleman, who earned herself the nickname Octomom after she gave birth to octuplets, has not been evicted from her home as yet.
Amer Haddadin, who owns the disputed LaHabre, CA home, had said he was going to start the eviction process against Suleman, 35, on December 31.
He had sold the house to Suleman in 2009, but as she could not get her own bank loan, he transferred the title to her under a note that required her to pay it off in a year.
The agreement was that she would make monthly payments of just over 4,000 dollars, with the final balloon payment of 450,000 dollars to be made in October 2010.
She missed the balloon payment, and Haddadin has been threatening to evict her ever since.
But now her former publicist Victor Munoz, who once called her “nuts”, is working with Haddadin to keep her from being evicted.
“Amer didn’t start the eviction as planned because I may have found someone to purchase the note,” Radar Online quoted Munoz as saying.
“We have a meeting set up, and if all goes as planned, the new owner actually wants Nadya to stay in the house.
“She won’t be happy about who the new owner is if it all works out, but at least she and the kids won’t be on the street,” he added. (ANI)
