Philadelphia 76ers coach Doug Collins recollected how he had his first stint with the Spectrum while he was in high school, and had come up there to watch the Sixers-Celtics game.
The last time an event was seen taking place in the Philadelphia Spectrum was three years back in 2009. Eye witnesses claim that it was not at all easy to create some kind of breaching in the wall. A course of four to five months will be taken to demolish it completely. Ed Snider, Bob Clarke, Mayor Nutter ,Julius Erving were seen speaking on the occasion.
