MELBOURNE - An Australian man, who tattooed a 40cm penis and a crude slogan on his friend’s back, has been charged with GBH (grievous bodily harm).
Matthew Francis Brady, 21, appeared in Ipswich Magistrates Court after he was accused of tattooing the obscene tattoo instead of the Yin and Yang symbol with some dragons that his 25-year-old friend had wanted.
The previous charge had been of assault occasioning bodily harm, but police replaced it with a charge of grievous bodily harm on November 15, the Queensland Times reported.
Brady is also facing charges of assault occasioning bodily harm, a charge under the Public Safety Act, evading fare, drink driving, and driving an unregistered, uninsured vehicle while his licence was disqualified. (ANI)
