Three Maoists arrested in Jharkhand

GUMLA - Jharkhand police arrested three Maoists from Gumla district on Thursday.

N. K. Singh, Superintendent of Police (SP), Gumla district said: ” We have arrested area commander of the Maoists, Shankar Pradhan and another member of the ultras, Ram Narayan Gop, with two-country made knifes, four bullets and one mobile phone set.

“We have also arrested one more active member of Communist Party of India (Maoist) near the Palkot thane,” Singh added. (ANI)
