Miners Saga Makes Hollywood Interested

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- The Chilean miners in Atacama who got trapped owing to an accident 700 meters beneath the earth for a period of over 2 months are being rescued now. Around 7 of them have already been brought back to surface and more are going to be rescued in the following hours, as per the latest news. As the rescue of the trapped miners in the Atacama desert make headlines Hollywood has warmed up to the opportunity to make a movie on the issue. The movie which will depict the accident and its aftermath is most likely going to have Javier Bardem, the gorgeous Spanish actor in its cast. The sizzling actor mesmerized the viewers with his histrionics in the movie Eat Pray Love which released a few weeks back.
The movie will be based on he plight and ordeal of the Chilean miners who spent 69 days under the earth hoping for rescue and were bugged by insecurity about their lives all the while. The Oscar Winning star who won accolades from the viewers and critics alike for his sterling act in the film ‘No Country For Old Men’ will surely do justice to the role, feels the producers. The script of the upcoming film will be based on the interview of the rescued Chilean miners. The actor however has not confirmed or denied anything on the subject so far.
The theme of the film undoubtedly is a strong one and if the casting is done well can spell success at the box office. As of now, the rescue of all the miners is what the media is waiting for.
