Clarification: Anna Nicole Smith story
LOS ANGELES — In a Sept. 16 story, The Associated Press reported that a judge struck testimony of a former nanny for Anna Nicole Smith in a criminal case against two of her doctors and her lawyer-boyfriend. The story should have specified that only a small portion of the nanny’s testimony was stricken from the record.
