WASHINGTON - Former Alaska governor Sarah Palin’s appearance on the premiere of reality show ‘Dancing with the Stars’ to watch her daughter Bristol perform caused heightened security.
In preparation for Bristol’s mother’s appearance in the studio audience, ABC was on ‘heightened alert,’ reports TMZ.com.
As part of the security, audience members reportedly pass through metal detectors and undergo bag searches while their vehicles will get a thorough going over in the studio lot.
Despite the fact that Bristol is starring on the show, the 19-year-old is considered lower priority than mom, who is a prominent political figure.
Bristol and her pro dance partner, Mark Ballas, who together refer to them as Team Ballin, decided to dance to the tone of ‘Mama told me not to come’. (ANI)
