NEW YORK - A man from Swan Lake in the US, who used his lawn mower to drive to a store to buy beer, was found by police slumped over it in a drunken state.
Barry Foster, 53, was found sitting on his Zero Turn lawn mower not far from his home on Mount Hope Road, Recordonline.com reported.
Deputies revealed that his license to drive a car had recently been suspended, and he had been arrested for a DWI on August 29 on Hurd Road at Bethel Wood during the Brooks and Dunn concert.
They learned that Foster had driven his lawn mower to a Swan Lake store on Briscoe Road to buy beer, but on his way back had passed out.
Paramedics took Foster to Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris where he was admitted.
He will face additional charges after he is released from hospital. (ANI)
