Summary Box: General Motors recalls 20K Cadillacs
GM RECALL: General Motors is recalling more than 20,000 Cadillac CTS and CTS-V cars from the 2009-2010 model years to replace glove compartment boxes.
WHY: Crash tests found that a front seat passenger not wearing a seat belt could hit the glove box door and suffer leg injuries in a crash.
RESPONSE: GM says all motorists should wear seat belts. The automaker will begin notifying owners of the recall next month and customers can call Cadillac at (866) 982-2339 for more information.
